Inkblot Therapy is one of Canada’s leading mental health platforms, connecting thousands of Canadians with licensed therapists through secure video sessions.

The challenge: rapid product growth had outpaced their QA process. New features were shipping with undiscovered bugs, and their regression suite was manual, slow, and unreliable.

STS embedded a QA lead directly into their product team. Over 6 months, we rebuilt their testing infrastructure from the ground up — implementing automated regression coverage for their core therapy session flows, building a test data management strategy, and establishing clear QA gates in their CI/CD pipeline.
