Global Law Firm: Legal Tech Implementation QA

A top-10 global law firm (anonymized per NDA) was implementing a new matter management platform across 40 offices in 15 countries. The stakes were high: lawyers billing $800/hour couldn’t afford downtime or data integrity issues.

STS provided end-to-end QA for the 18-month implementation. Our team worked alongside the implementation partner to validate data migration from legacy systems, test role-based access controls for 2,000+ users, and ensure the platform performed reliably under concurrent load.

We developed a custom test framework tailored to the firm’s practice management workflows, covering conflicts checking, matter intake, billing integration, and document management.

Results: Successful go-live across all 40 offices with zero critical defects at launch. Data migration accuracy: 99.97%. Platform adopted as the firm’s global standard.
